In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email at contact@allisonenglandaromatherapy.co.uk  In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 14 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed.
In the case of damage please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and return the product in its original packaging to the following address .....

We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or redress any errors in connection with an order. Please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving goods. Any goods may be returned within 10 days from the day they are received providing they are returned unopened and unused..
